Hi peeps,

I have a formula in I10 based on dates in columns G and H, which works:
Excel Formula:
=IF($G10="","",IF($H10<>"","Complete",IF(ISBLANK($H10),IF(TODAY()<$G10,"Not Due",IF(TODAY()=$G10,"Due",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-3)<$G10,"Overdue 0-3 months",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-6)<$G10,"Overdue 4-6 months",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-12)<$G10,"Overdue 7-12 months",""))))))))

However, I want to add another layer for I10 to be blank if J10 contains 'Yes'; but this is not working:
Excel Formula:
=IF($G10="","",IF($H10<>"","Complete",IF(ISBLANK($H10),IF(TODAY()<$G10,"Not Due",IF(TODAY()=$G10,"Due",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-3)<$G10,"Overdue 0-3 months",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-6)<$G10,"Overdue 4-6 months",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-12)<$G10,"Overdue 7-12 months",IF($J10="Yes","","")))))))))

Any help would be appreciated...:)

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.

Ha! Just figured it out! I needed to put the J10 element at the beginning, which works:
Excel Formula:
=IF($J10="Yes","",IF($G10="","",IF($H10<>"","Complete",IF(ISBLANK($H10),IF(TODAY()<$G10,"Not Due",IF(TODAY()=$G10,"Due",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-3)<$G10,"Overdue 0-3 months",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-6)<$G10,"Overdue 4-6 months",IF(EDATE(TODAY(),-12)<$G10,"Overdue 7-12 months","")))))))))
