If Formula maybe?

Column A it is blank and Column B has some text in cells.

What I want is a formula in Column A to see if there is anything in a cell in Column
B. If there is anything in the cell in column B I want it to return COMENT but if it is blank to return blank.

e.g.

Col A Col B
Blank
Comment Dave
Blank
Comment Jim
