IF formula

Hi,

I need a formula maybe IF? to get something like this:

IF B1 is "=>" than A1, AND "<" than A2; Then 1; if not 0.

Is something like that possible? Thank you!

If you're output is either 1 or 0, you can use below, without the IF function
