IF formulas

I have a series of worksheets that i am referenceing on a cover worksheet. I'm using IF formulas to pull data to the cover page from other worksheets.

My problem is i'm trying to AVERAGE the data from these other worksheets on the cover page within the main formula within the IF statement. I'm not have luck making it work. Please help!

sounds like a solvable problem, but could you post some more information (like the formulae that are not working)?
