When using the function IF for example (IF J5 > 0,) can I have this formula also include a function to insert the name that is in a column on another worksheet in the same file which contains the information or value that is greater than 0?

Hi and welcome to the board!!

Your question is quite vague. Can you provide details and examples?

I have a table where I am using a =Sum(Jan 2'!D3) formula and the results are sometimes 0. Each result pertains to a particular physician and test performed. In order to cut down on space and not include physicians who did not perform that particular test I would like to know if there is a formula that will automatically insert the physicians name that has a greater than zero count off of that same Jan 2 worksheet onto the table I am working with without me having to manually type in the physicians name.

I'm still not clear on what you want. =SUM('Jan 2"!(D3) does not make sense. You probably only need ='Jan 2'!D3. My guess is you could use a Advanced Filter or a Pivot Table, but we need to know how your data is laid out! What are you column headers on each sheet? Where does the physician's name go?
