IF forumla

I have this long rows and multiple columns where I want to do two IF equation.

First request : if cell e is green then do d2-d3*-1 if cell e is red then d2-d3

what defines the cell colour is that CF or manual

a conditional formatting, highlight cell E Green if cell D is bigger than C, or highlight E red if cell D is smaller than C

If the cells are set by conditional formatting then use the SAME CONDITIONs that set the cell colour to determine the value in the cells.
