Hi there,

I am trying to get the following formula to work

=IF(H9>="0:05:00",1,(IF(H9>="0:04:00",2,(IF(H9>="0:03:00",3,(IF(H9>="0:02:00",4,5)))))))

Whre Hr will contain a value in time format HH:mm:ss, however excel just returns the vaule 1, regardless of H9's content.

Any Ideas

Hi,

Try:

=IF(H9>=--"0:05:00",1,(IF(H9>=--"0:04:00",2,(IF(H9>=--"0:03:00",3,(IF(H9>=--"0:02:00",4,5)))))))

The 2 minuses I added before each time will coerce them into true times and make the conditions work right.
