I cant seem to get this formula to work!

I need to check if

A1 is>26000 (greater than 26000)
and
B1 is = n (B1 is equal to "N")
Then
return value true in cell C1.

thank you!

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

Welcome to the board. Try this in C1:

=AND(A1 > 26000, B1 = "N")

It returns a false value to every single one no matter what the value is in A1 and B1. I would like it to return the value only if its true. It seems simple enough but I have been banging my head on my desk with this one

No, that didn't work either. It didn't return any values.

OK! Out of frustration, I closed out my spreadsheet, reopened it, and tried again... It worked!!!! Thank you soooo much!
