If function meeting criteria from two different cells and return a true or false

I cant seem to get this formula to work!

I need to check if

A1 is>26000 (greater than 26000)
and
B1 is = n (B1 is equal to "N")
Then
return value true in cell C1.

It returns a false value to every single one no matter what the value is in A1 and B1. I would like it to return the value only if its true. It seems simple enough but I have been banging my head on my desk with this one

OK! Out of frustration, I closed out my spreadsheet, reopened it, and tried again... It worked!!!! Thank you soooo much!
