IF function problem with recurring decimal

Hi,
We have a fairly simple spreadsheet that calculates the total cost of a trip. The total uses a formula such as =(B4+C4)/30

We are then using an IF function to show if someone has paid or not paid by testing if the balance =0.

However, because the result of the total shows as a recurring decimal (we have restricted to 2 decimal places but if you expand it you can see the recurrance) the balance never gets to 0. It shows as 0 with it restricted to 2 decimals but again, if you expand it it shows as 0.0033333

So, as it never goes to 0 it doesn't show up as paid.

What's the answer?!!!

Thanks

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
