IF Function Problem

I have an IF function in to tell me if the figures i am picking up agree with a different set of figures.

I need the IF to 'agree' if the numbers are within £1 of each other but I can't seem to get the formula to work properly

My Formula is :

=IF(U202<>0,"Check","Agree")

On the face of it it works, but my figures are coming back with a difference around +/-0.000000000003 and I can't seem to work out what to put in the formula to say IF U202 is within +/- 1 of 0 "Agree"

A simple fix i'm sure, but can't get my head around it

Thanks

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
Better, in case it goes negative

=IF(ABS(U202)>0.0000000001,"Check","Agree")
