Hello blondiechick,
Assume the following:
The number of years is in A1
The position (Sales person, etc) is in B1
The number of sales is in C1

This should work.
Code:
=IF(AND(AND(A1>5,B1="Sales person"),C1>150000),1500,IF(A1>5,1000,IF(A1>3,500,100)))

Now, (I hate to say it, but) this looks suspiciously like a homework type of question.
That's not what this would be is it? :unsure:

and.. yeah it is homework.

I am not good with excel, or numbers for that fact.
