IF greater than less than

I have this formula:
=IF(AQ11<180,"1", IF(AQ11>181<730,"2", IF(AQ11>731<1095,"3", IF(AQ11>1096,"4"))))

How is it supposed to be written when trying to determine if a number is between say 181 and 730?
