=IF(ISNA(MATCH not pulling all info

im using the =IF(ISNA(MATCH
to retrieve the information from another cell in a .csv file into a .xls file, however the information its retrieving is getting cut off at 255 characters. is there anyway to get it to retrive all the charachters without getting cut off?
please help this is killing my product descriptions, thank you ahead of time

What is the full formula?

What version of Excel do you have?

I don't know what functions you are using to access the CSV file, but don't you think that converting it to an XLS file might help?

I use INDEX(MATCH on external Excel workbooks all the time, ( Excel 97 ), and haven't had problems retrieving information of more than 255 characters.
