If negative add all, if positive add half

Hi there,

I have this formula, which seems to work for the function I'm wanting: C81 =(C80*1.02)+D74
Except, if D74 is positive, I'd like to add just D74/2 to C81,

In mirror image for the next row, -C82 - I'd like none of D74 to be added if it is negative, but half to be added if positive.

Ie if D74 is positive, it gets split between the two rows. If negative, row 81 takes it.

Could someone help me in adding this 'IF' part to this formula?
