# IF OR Statements

Hello all.

Here is the formula that I came up that is not giving me the desired result:

=IF(C7<51,IF(NOW()-C11>60,C7,IF(C7>51,IF(C13*0.25>C7,IF(NOW()-C11<365,C7)))))

What I am trying to do is reflect that if the value in C7 is less than 51 and if the date in column C11 is greater than 60 days from today's date, then reflect the value in C7 OR if the value in column C7 is greater than \$51 and if the value in column C7 is less than 25% of the value of column C13 and the date in column C11 is greater than 365 days from today's date, then reflect the value in C7.

What I am getting now is that the only criteria being considered is that before OR above.

What is needed for my formula to take all of the criteria into consideration prior to providing a result?

### Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.

and if the date in column C11 is greater than 60 days from today's date

Is that FUTURE or PAST ?
Is C11 more than 60 days in the FUTURE, or have more than 60 days already passed SINCE C11 ??

If dates are future
C11-NOW()
If Dates are Past
NOW-C11

Also, use try using TODAY() instead of NOW()

Hope this helps..

C-11 is in the past. Regardless of which I use for the date, what am I missing to take all of my criteria into consideration?

=IF(OR(AND(C7<51,NOW()-C11>60),AND(C7>51,C13*0.25>C7,NOW()-C11<365)),C7))
