=SUMIFS(Table5[Total],Table5[Typ.],"Bank",Table5[Column2],$M$1,Table5[Column3],"A")

In the last part of thsi formula I'd like to adapt it to ask IF Column3 NOT = "NO" instead of IF = "A".

Can anyone help. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Try

=SUMIFS(Table5[Total],Table5[Typ.],"Bank",Table5[Column2],$M$1,Table5[Column3],"<>NO")
