Hello, I’m trying to the find a formula which is will help me to find out which jobs have passed for failed their SLA by dates.

As you can see I have a formula but it is giving me any blanks cells without a date as a pass and I want them as a fail.

Could anyone help please? Thanks

Currently using -

=IF(O2<=N2, “Pass”, “Fail”)

How do I incorporate the blanks as a fail too?

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(O2<>"",O2<=N2), "Pass", "Fail")
