if range = "" then look up column header (Date) and row header (Name) and creat a list.

Hello Everyone,

Im trying to make a sheet track wcertain things someone does on any given day.

So in the attached picture I want the sheet to look at the range c5:AG10 for the text ="PAOT" and run a couple of tasks.

for example cell F5 = "PAOT" and F4 ="R" then copy the date (F2) in the next space under AI19 and the name A5 to the next space under AJ19 and the origianl cell text (F5) into next space under AK19
and for example if there was a PAOT in G7 run the process again but adding it to the next space AI19, AJ19 & AK19.

If possible it would also sort the list by date.

Thank you for any help guys.
