If Statement and Coloring cells

Can anyone help me with the formula that says "if 100<A1<400, color the cell yellow, other wise leave cell un-colored"

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Click Format.

Click Conditional Format

and create a condition.

If Cell = 100 format to be Red.

Is that the type of thing u looking for?
