Can someone please provide correct structure for IF statement for the following condition:

=If (H2 is not "" AND H3 "", "Non-Compliance")

Is that
If H2 is NOT blank, AND H3 IS Blank??

Try

=IF(AND(H2<>"",H3=""),"Non-Compliance","Compliance")

=IF(H2<>"",IF(H3="","Non-Compliance",""),"")

Or:

=IF(AND(H2<>"",H3=""),"Non-Compliance","")

Perhaps you could help with another issue, I've posted a new thread (twice) same process as this thread, but new thread is not showing . . . do you have any idea why this would happen?
