I need help to create a formula for the displayed spreadsheet. Listed below are the multiple conditions that need to be met.

if E2 is blank and J2 is blank enter 0
if E2 is blank and J2 is not blank, fill with J2
if E2 is not blank fill with D2

paste this into the cell you want the dat in

=IF(E2="",IF(J2="",0,J2),D2)

Assuming "not blank" means a figure larger than 0, and that both E2 and J2 can not be filled at the same time:

=IF(J2>0,J2,IF(E2>0,D2,""))
