# If statement. How to add more criteria

#### =HPSF=RMP

##### Board Regular
=IF(F3>69,"YES","NO")

I'm wanting to add one more item to the above formula.
IF(F3=0,""

Basically i'm wanting the cell to be blank if F3 is equal to zero, "YES" if greater than 69 and "NO" if less than 69.

I cant figure out how to work it in?
Thanks~!
