IF statement in a cell related to values in rectangle shape

Hello Everyone,

I want to use the text which are placed in rectangle shapes as a logical comparisons.
IF statement cell and shapes are different cells.

Is this possible without using code? If possible could you please tell me which subjects of Excel I should study?
