I am trying to to us an IF statement to sum prices depending on what is in another column.

This is the formula I am using in Q2:

=IF(M2=2%,J2*0.98,IF(M2=13%,J2*0.87,))

and here is my data:

JKLMNOPQ
9750R2%
1260250.00R13%1096.20

It works fine on the "13%" but not the "2%"

Are you simply trying to apply a percentage calculation? Like:
=J2*(100%-M2)

Is M2 actually 2%? Or is it maybe 2.01% showing no decimal places?

Then you don't need the 2nd if.

=IF(M2=2%,J2*0.89,J2*0.76,))

Maybe I am using the wrong formula, this is what I am trying to do:

If M2 is "2%", than I want to multiply J2 by .89. If the amount in M2 is "13%", I want to multiply J2 by .76.
