IF Statement returns 0 instead of blank

How to solve this IF statement returns 0 instead of blank
=IF(SUM(D21:D27)>0,1,IF(OR(D21=0,D22=0,D23=0,D24=0,D25=0,D26=0,D27=0),0,IF(OR(D21="",D22="",D23="",D24="",D25="",D26="",D27=""),"")))
I want to show me empty cell for further average calculation.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
