if statement that calculates between pecentages

=IF((AND(H19>=0.01,H19<=0.03)),".09")
=IF((AND(H19>=3.01,H19<=0.06)),".08")
=IF((AND(H19>=6.01,H19<=0.09)),".07")

what i was trying to accomplish is if the number in a cell falls between .01 and 3 % make the cell multiply by 9%

if cell is between 3.01 percent and 6% multiply by 8%

i believe between these % is my problem

and so on can anyone please help

I think it's just wrongly positioned decimal points:

=IF((AND(H19>=0.01,H19<=0.03)),".09")
=IF((AND(H19>=0.031,H19<=0.06)),".08")
=IF((AND(H19>=0.061,H19<=0.09)),".07")

=IF((AND(H19>=3.01,H19<=0.06)),".08") << 3.01 don't you mean .031
=IF((AND(H19>=6.01,H19<=0.09)),".07") << 6.01 dont you mean .061

Also remove quotes from your last parameter ".09", ".08", ".07"

Maybe use: =LOOKUP(H19,{0.01,0.031,0.061},{0.9,0.8,0.7})
