Sort by date Sort by votes
You can't use K8>2/29/2012 as this would claculate as is K2 gretaer than 2 divided by 29 divided by 2,012. It is better to repalce this with a cell reference where you have entered the date (in this case 2/29/2012) as a date. This would also enable you to change this date easily.

You also need to remove the bracket after +G8.
