'IF' statement.. with a picture?

hey all..
i have a few if statements simular to "=IF(B1="","","SOMETHING")"

what i want to do is "=IF(B1="","",(PICTURE)"

is this possible without VBA?

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Sort by date Sort by votes
Its not possible to insert picture using standard IF statement. You need VBA for this.
