I am trying to write a IF statement.

IF A1 is less than 0 THEN show A1 as a positive, but if A1=BLANK , then show A2 as a positive. Either A1 or A2 will be a negitive. Which ever of the 2 cells has the negative I want to show that number as a positive.

Thanks
James

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
You can show the number on A1 as positive by putting the following on A2
VBA Code:
=ABS(A1)

But you need the absolute value to be reflected on A1?
