Hi All,

I'm using Excel 2007.

I have the following formula (which is EI7):

=IF(ISERROR(CI7+CV7+DI7),"",(CI7+CV7+DI7))

this is working fine, trouble is i need to modify it so that:

if "Pharma" is in cell G7 then i need the above formula to include the value that is in cell CI7

but

if "Pharmacare" is in cell G7 then i need the formular to exclude the value that is in cell CI7

I'm not sure how to tell excel to look in cell G7 and keep the above formula?

Appreciate any help.

Thanks

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Maybe this
Code:
=IF(ISERROR(CI7+CV7+DI7),"",IF(G7="Pharma",(CI7+CV7+DI7),IF(G7="Pharmacare",(CV7+DI7),"")))
