If statements entered too many arguments

Hi. Why is this formula not working

IF(AND(B4<>"",MOD(ROW(),2)=0,S4*100*E4<$AB$5),R4,IF(AND(B4<>"",MOD(ROW(),2)=1),Q3,if(and(b4<>"",mod(row(),2)=0,s4*100*e4>=$ab$5),$AB$5/100/E4),"")

It says I entered too many arguments.
I want in all other circumstances blank.

Try

=IF(AND(B4<>"",MOD(ROW(),2)=0,S4*100*E4<$AB$5),R4,IF(AND(B4<>"",MOD(ROW(),2)=1),Q3,if(and(b4<>"",mod(row(),2)=0,s4*100*e4>=$ab$5),$AB$5/100/E4,"")))

Analysing your formula a little more, there are a lot of redundant / unnecessary logical tests, if you reorder things, you can get a much shorter, simpler formula from process of elimination.

=IF(B4="","",IF(MOD(ROW(),2),Q3,IF(S4*100*E4<$AB$5,R4,$AB$5/100/E4)))

Thanks! Both work although the first one gives me #VALUE! when B4="" instead of blank.
