IF Statements where multiple conditions exist

Hello,

I have the following data set:

	A	B	C	D	E	F
1	LOW POINT	TEMP QTY	ORDER QTY	STATUS	CURRENT QTY	LOW?
2	2000	0	1000	NOT COMPLETE	500	FORMULA???
3	500	700	1000	NOT COMPLETE	200	FORMULA???
4	400	0	300	COMPLETE	200	FORMULAS???

1. If D2 = COMPLETE, Then I would like to check if E2 is <= A2. IF TRUE then "YES" otherwise "NO"; however,
2. If D2 is not COMPLETE, Then I would like to do the following:
2a. Not Complete AND B2>0 then I would like to check if the SUM of E2 + B2 <= A2. IF TRUE then "YES" otherwise "NO"; however,
2b. Not Complete AND B2=0 then I would like to check if the SUM of E2 + C2 <= A2. IF TRUE then "YES" otherwise "NO".

Trying to write one formula but I am confusing myself with the nested if statements. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Test this:

=IF(OR(AND(D2="Complete",E2 < =A2),AND(D2="Not Complete",B2>0,E2+B2 < =A2),AND(D2="Not Complete",B2=0,E2+C2 < =A2)),"YES","NO")
