IF statements

I am trying to put in an IF statement. I have a possible of 3 different outcomes:

C4>E4 the cell should be C4+10
C4=E4 the cell should be C4+5
C4<E4 the cell should be just C4

Any ideas? Thanks!

=C4+(5*(SIGN(C4-E4)+1))
