IF Statements

Is there anyway to use more than 7 arguments in an IF statement? Or is there another function that can give you essentially the same results from IF statement without limitations on the number of arguments. (I need 10)

One option I have seen mentioned in this forum is to create a second set of conditions in another column. Check for the first 5 conditions in cell 1 and the 2nd 5 in cell 2 then add them together if the result is numeric as an example.

if you're actually working in VBA instead of directly in a cell's formula, the Select Case code seems to work very well for any number of conditions.

you could always use AND or OR function in your IF statement. i believe they can take up to thirty different criteria options. if not enough, nest up to seven IF functions.
