then match cells J44:J54 to Cells P44:P54

Formula is in cell P42 for the life of me I can't figure whats wrong.
If I use the Function argument (Fx) the formula result shows "error" which is correct.
Click enter and "no error" is shown on sheet. which is wrong.
Help please.
