Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Try this formula in cell AF2 on worksheet Blue Mantle Copy. Copy across to cell AG2, and down as needed.

=VLOOKUP(AE2,'Labor Codes'!$A$1:$C$30,COLUMN('Labor Codes'!B$1),0)

Thanks a ton Ben! I added the iferror(if(Sum(...,""),"") in there and it took care of my issues!
