If *xls file is not open. than open

For example we have more *.xls file open but not the one we need.

So if I have a macro like

Windows("test001.xls").Activate
Application.Run "sub01"

How can I check if Windows("test001.xls") is open before running command??

An IF would work great

If windows(“test001.xls”) is open than run application , if not Open workbook
