IFS query (I think)

I really hope that someone could help me with this one as I have tried to study videos and still have no idea how to do what I'm looking to achieve, an I apologise if I'm not explaining properly.

I have master table of data that I'm looking to develop a report from:

Developing Self AwarenessScoreManager ScoreCombined
Average1.66666666711.333333333
I continuously seek the feedback of those around me in order to be the best leader I can be111
I promote resilience and wellbeing within my team and lead by example312
I demonstrate positive and effective communication skills (listening, feedback, recording, sharing) to enable to my team to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support and their loved ones.111

I would like to know:

If the combined score I 1 or 0 for the text field to show under a development heading and if the combined score is 2 or 3 then the text on the left to show under a strengths heading as below

Strengths

I promote resilience and wellbeing within my team and lead by example

Development

I continuously seek the feedback of those around me in order to be the best leader I can be

I am really hoping that someone can help with this and thank you in advance
