Ignore empty sheet

Please see the below VBA
Sub Main()
Application.Run "CopyNameAndTotalToBlanks"
Application.Run "CopyNameAndTotalToBlanks1"
Application.Run "CopyNameAndTotalToBlanks1"
Application.Run "CopyNameAndTotalToBlanks3"
End Sub

I need VBA to look if there is info in the sheet that the Application is refering to, and then to ignore if the the sheet the application is refering to dos not have any info in it

Hi Wigi

I look at the ling, not sure i made explained my problem correctly. Please see below for more clarity
Inside each Aplication is a macro to perform centain steps. If the sheet does not ahve any info the macro stops running for me to debug it.
I need something to "not" run the macro if the sheet it is refering to is empty.
It should not remove the sheet that is blank, it should only continue to the next aplication
