Hi, is it possible to ignore or disable the excel 2010 warning? I'm sharing my excel to my colleagues that will be updated every 3 hours through filezilla ftp. They can only allow to view the excel. But everytime they open the excel, it will pop up warning " record.accd is not a valid path. Make sure ..... and you are connected to the server on which the file resides". When click OK it pop up " would you like to connect..." and "please enter ole db information"

You could try utilizing the Workbook.Open event and turn off alerts?

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_Open()

    Application.DisplayAlerts = False

End Sub

The other user might not get the alerts if they go to File|Options|Advanced and uncheck 'update links to other documents'.
You might also need to go to File|Options|Advanced and check 'save external link values'.
