Ignore formula if cell is blank?

Help please. The source data in spreadsheet #1 is linked to spreadsheet #2 by formulas. Pie charts are created from spreadsheet #2 .
The problem is the blank cells in #1 appear in #2 as 0% and then appear in the chart as DataLabel 0%. How can I set it so those labels and 0% do not appear in the charts? The labels often overlap, and it's giving the end user information they don't need. Is there something I can add to the formula which says to ignore if the source cell is blank?
Hidden and Empty Cell/Gaps doesnt work in #2 due to the formula.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Have you tried if(targetCell = "","",(myCurrentForumula) Or perhaps and if(isblank(targetCell),"",(mycurrentforumula)

Kroneborge, I plugged in your formula, replacing targetCell and mycurrentformula but it resulted in #NAME . Is there another way?
