Ignore names that have appeared in last seven days.

I've been racking my brain over this and my SQL brain seems to have gone on holiday.

What I want to do is only select the users that have not appeared in the last seven days - so in the example below if the current date is 26/06/2012 then Darren wouldn't appear at all as he appeared on the 24th, but Alan would.
Could someone help me out in getting this started please? Thanks! :)

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Create a query (subquery) that returns a list of all the users within the past 7 days.
Then create a new Unmatched query using this subquery and your original table (joining on the User name field).
