Try these:

B1:
Code:
``=IF(AND(TODAY()-A1<22,OR(C1="",ISNUMBER(C1))),"OK",IF(AND(TODAY()-A1>22,C1=""),"Follow Up",""))``

D1:
Code:
``=IF(E1-C1>=65,"OK",IF(AND(C1-TODAY()>65,E1=""),"Follow Up",""))``

G1:
Code:
``=IF(AND(TODAY()-E1<270,OR(F1="",ISNUMBER(F1))),"OK",IF(AND(TODAY()-E1>270,F1=""),"Follow Up",""))``

H1:
Code:
``=IF(AND(TODAY()-E1<300,OR(H1="",ISNUMBER(H1))),"OK",IF(AND(TODAY()-E1>300,H1=""),"Follow Up",""))``
