I'm Stumped! What If Statement...Help

OK! I give up.... I need Help with this one....
Cell B1 to Return the result "OK" if Cell A1 contains a date that is less than 22 days ago and if Cell C1 is either empty or contains a date. Cell B1 to Return the result "Follow Up" if Cell A1 contains a date that is more than 22 days ago and if Cell C1 is empty.
Cell D1 to Return the result "OK" if Cell E1 contains a date that is at least 65 days greater than Date in Cell C1. Cell D1 to Return the result "Follow Up" if Cell C1 contains a date that is more than 65 days greater than today and if Cell E1 is empty.
Cell G1 to Return the result "OK" if Cell E1 contains a date that is less than 270 days ago and if Cell F1 is either empty or contains a date. Cell G1 to Return the result "Follow Up" if Cell E1 contains a date that is more than 270 days ago and if Cell F1 is empty.
Cell I1 to Return the result "OK" if Cell E1 contains a date that is less than 300 days ago and if Cell H1 is either empty or contains a date. Cell I1 to Return the result "Follow Up" if Cell E1 contains a date that is more than 300 days ago and if Cell H1 is empty.
