image control

i'm really stuck, i create a userform, i add tow buttons, one for inserting the image, one for save and exit,and one text box and one imagebox
1. i want to insert image in image box
2. if image not inserted yes text box message = plz inser the pic, if the picture inserted textbox= Done
3. if i press save exit button have to save the inserted picture
4. if i open userform have to load the picture i insert
plz can any one help me
