Hi all,

I have a form, which a number of people use in my work place. It works fine, but they all have individual spreadsheets saved off & they have been passing on the spreadsheet to other work colleagues. I'd like to redo part of the code.
So what I want is to create a new spreadsheet, that would import a macro from one place on our network, when opened. This would give me control of updating the code for all. Is this possible or does anyone else have a solution.

Thanks

Denis

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
I think the simplest method will be to have the macros in an external workbook.

I have buttons on my toolbar that use macros from workbooks other than my personal.xls. When I click on the button it opens the appropriate macro book.
