I have a csv file that contains different types of fields of data i want to import this data to an excel sheet i create with colums having titles on it already for example the csv file has medical number, patitient name, so i want to import this to an excel file with column names medical patient name etc is there a way to do this thanks. I could import the file and puts all the data into columns but to the end user they are just numbers i want to be able to name each column to let the user know what type of data this is.

thanks

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
My first thought would be if your column titles are in row 1, just import the CSV starting from row 2 (cell A2).

Is it as simple as that?

Hello, thanks for the prompt reply, yes it could work that way for the first row entries but for example around row entry 78 the data changes to another value then i will have to put it another label for that value so the user know what it is, i downloaded asap utilities can it be done with this or i have looked around and read that i need to create a vba script , any suggestions are highly appreciated.

I think you're going to have to post an example of your input data and expected output.
