Import Data from Database

I've got a query in an Excel 2003 sheet from Data - New Database Query which reads a password protected database. So when I run the query the ODBC box pops up to enable me to input a user name and password. No problem.

There are some sheets written by my predecessor which query the same database. When I refresh these the ODBC box asks for my user name and password, but also has boxes the the data path, scheme path and logon path. This makes it easy to run the same query several times across multiple databases.

What do I need to do when I create my queries to enable these path options to show in the ODBC box?

Thanks!
