Import data/Graph Concern

I am using the following formula to get data from another workbook and import it to a new one.

='R:\RI Dashboard\IPD\[IPD_2008_Ops_Summary.xls]1231'!$T$63

This works fine, but the $T$63 cell in the RI Dashboard return a 0.0% value in the cell in my new workbook as it is vacant. I am fine with that, but how do I hide the 0.0% from being plotted on a line chart until a real value is present. I am trying to automate the new excel file as much as possible so that it is almost self sustaining. Any help would be greatly welcome.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
